Each property is rented independently and has its own private indoor and outdoor areas.
The two properties can be rented together by one family or two families travelling together, accommodating up to 12 guests and a maximum of 4 babies across both houses (maximum 2 babies per house).
Yes. Each finca has its own private swimming pool for the exclusive use of the guests staying at that property.
Both fincas are located near Alcúdia, in northern Mallorca.
The exact address and arrival instructions will be provided after the reservation has been confirmed.
Palma de Mallorca Airport is approximately 45 minutes away by car, depending on traffic.
Yes. A car is recommended for travelling comfortably between the properties, beaches, villages and natural areas.
Check-in is available from 16:00.
Check-out must be completed before 10:00.
Yes. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the stay.
Yes. Both properties have an internet connection.
Yes. All bedrooms in both properties are equipped with air conditioning.
The living rooms also have air conditioning.
Electricity consumption for air conditioning is charged separately according to use.
The cost is €0.40 per kWh and must be paid in cash at the property.
Heating consumption is charged separately.
The cost is €1.10 per litre and must be paid in cash at the property.
Yes. A cot and highchair are available upon request.
Guests should request this equipment before arrival.
Pets are not currently permitted.
Smoking is not allowed inside either property.
Guests must take particular care outdoors because of the dry Mediterranean climate and surrounding vegetation.
No. Parties, events and celebrations are not permitted.
The properties are intended for peaceful holidays.
Yes. A refundable security deposit of €500 must be paid in cash upon arrival.
It will be returned at the end of the stay if no damage has occurred.
No. The Balearic Islands Sustainable Tourism Tax must be paid separately in cash at the property.

The private swimming pool measures 10 × 10 metres and has a depth of 1.5 metres.
Reservations from groups composed exclusively of guests under the age of 30 are not accepted at Ses Contesas.
Questions about Compteses Petit
Ses Compteses Petit has a private saltwater swimming pool measuring 9 × 4 metres.
The pool depth ranges from 0.6 metres to 2.2 metres.
Children and inexperienced swimmers must always be supervised by an adult.
Reservations from groups composed exclusively of guests under the age of 28 are not accepted at Ses Compteses Petit.
