Clear information before you book

Before confirming a reservation, guests will receive a complete summary including the total price, services included, additional charges, payment conditions and the cancellation policy applicable to their chosen property and travel dates.

Arrival and departure

Check-in is available from 16:00.

Check-out must be completed by 10:00 on the day of departure.

Guests are asked to inform us of their approximate arrival time in advance so that the property can be prepared and the key handover can be arranged.

Guests must notify us of their arrival by making a call upon arrival at Palma de Mallorca airport.

Minimum stay

During June, July, August and September, reservations are generally available from Saturday to Saturday.

During April, May, October and November, a minimum stay of five nights generally applies.

The minimum stay and available arrival days will always be confirmed before booking.

Maximum occupancy

Ses Contesas can accommodate up to six guests.

One or two babies may also stay at the property, subject to prior notification and confirmation.

The number of guests indicated in the reservation must not be exceeded.

Services included

The reservation includes:

• Bed linen.
• Towels.
• Final cleaning.
• Internet connection.
• Private use of the swimming pool.
• Use of the garden and terraces.
• Use of the fixed charcoal barbecue.
• One cot and one highchair upon request.

Air conditioning

Air conditioning consumption is charged separately according to use.

The cost is €0.40 per kWh and must be paid in cash at the property.

Heating

Heating consumption is charged separately.

The cost is €1.10 per litre and must be paid in cash at the property.

Security deposit

A refundable security deposit of €500 must be paid in cash upon arrival.

The deposit will be returned in cash at the end of the stay, provided that the property, furniture and equipment have not been damaged.

Tourist tax

The Balearic Islands Sustainable Tourism Tax, commonly known as the Ecotax, is not included in the rental price.

It must be paid in cash at the property according to the current regulations and the number of guests.

Safe key

A charge of €15 will apply if the safe key is lost or damaged.

House rules

• Pets are not currently permitted.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the main house or guest house.
• Parties, events and celebrations are not permitted.
• The property is intended for families, couples and responsible groups looking for a peaceful stay.
• Reservations from groups composed exclusively of guests under the age of 28 are not accepted.

Cancellation policy

The cancellation conditions for Ses Contesas vary according to the travel period.

For stays between January and May and between October and December, free cancellation will be available until 30 days before arrival.

For stays between June and September, free cancellation will be available until 90 days before arrival.

Cancellation policy policy

If the client cancels the rental after making a binding reservation and before arrival, they must pay the following cancellation fees:

a) If canceled more than 90 days before the start of occupancy, 30% of the rental fee.

b) If canceled between 89 and 60 days before the start of occupancy, 50% of the rental fee.

c) If canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of occupancy, 75% of the rental fee.

d) If canceled 29 days before the start of occupancy or if the client does not occupy the property without prior cancellation, 100% of the rental fee.
